Former Miss Universe Japan to sing horror movie theme

Model, singer, and J-drama actress Eri Machimoto, who was Miss Universe Japan 2004, is releasing her debut single, "Venus Journey/Go Away Boy" (watch or listen here). After a delayed release, her mini-album "World Beauty" will come out on February 14, 2007. The DVD-attached version will include an interview by filmmaker Sono Sion. The first track on World Beauty is "Haruka," and it will be used in the Japanese horror movie "Exte", which is released on February 17. "Exte" is a horror flick involving hair extensions.
